Recording Schedule

If you are a patient suffering from a terminal illness or have been diagnosed with a genetic or rare disease with an uncertain prognosis, please check our recording schedule to see if we have any current podcast openings in your area.

Guests who are considered near death qualify for the podcast. If your rare disease does not have a defined life expectancy, please also feel free to fill out the podcast submission.

All new guests are asked to complete the following steps before recording with Last Words:

  1. Submit a signed Guest Release Form
. This ensures we have your permission to share your story.
  2. Provide documentation of a terminal diagnosis and life expectancy.
 This helps us honor the focus and mission of the podcast.
  3. Send at least 5 personal photos.
 These will be used to help visually share your life story on social platforms and during promotion.
  4. Once you have done the following, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a pre-screening call to get to know you.

At Last Words, we believe in honoring every story — without overpromising or underdelivering. If we’re not currently recording in your city, you can still share your voice with us. Send a email to contact@lastwordspodcast.org, including:

  • Your name, age, and diagnosis.
  • A brief video message sharing what you wish to leave behind.
  • Or, photos from your life with your written story attached.

We’ll feature submissions on @LWLastMoments (Instagram), giving space to the legacies that deserve to be seen and heard.
